Tim Leman
Head of Hard Truths
Tim Leman knows what it takes to build something that lasts.
He has spent nearly 30 years in the insurance industry, with experience spanning global brokerage firms and serving as CEO at Gibson, where he guided the company through expansion, broad employee ownership, and a significant ownership transition.
At Agencio, Tim brings an operator’s perspective to CEOs and leadership teams that need more structure, stronger execution, and a clearer way to grow. He is the author of rEvolution: Turn Crisis Into Clarity and Ignite Growth and is currently writing The Forge: What Building a Company Taught Me About Leadership, Legacy, and Letting Go.

Katie Tryniecki

Katie Tryniecki believes growing organizations don’t need more complexity—they need more clarity.
After more than a decade working alongside a CEO and leadership team, she has seen firsthand that organizations rarely struggle because people don’t care or work hard enough. They struggle because priorities become unclear, communication breaks down, and too much still depends on one person carrying too much.
Katie helped turn an operating system into daily leadership practice inside a growing organization and has facilitated more than 25 leadership team planning sessions. At Agencio, she helps leadership teams create the clarity, accountability, and momentum that turn good conversations into lasting execution.
